Jim Beam® BBQ Collection adds Sizzle to Summer

New York April 27th 2009: The Licensing Company NA Inc is proud to announce a partnership between Jim Beam and Bradley Smoker Inc. to introduce the first Jim Beam Bradley meat smoker and smoking bisquettes as the centerpiece to any great summer BBQ.

Jim Beam smoking bisquettes are made with the wood from genuine Jim Beam Bourbon barrels, which add flavor to barbeque food as it smokes on your grill. Jim Beam bisquettes can also be used in the Jim Beam Bradley meat smoker. Ideal for meats, pork, poultry and seafood, the home smoker and bisquettes infuse your food with genuine Jim Beam flavor.

"TLC has made it a priority to capture the authentic craftsmanship and flavor of Jim Beam Bourbon," says Jeff Christensen, Senior Manager, Global Licensing & Strategic Partnerships. "This flavor has been the basis of an extensive licensed ingredient line of Jim Beam branded products, which will all add sizzle to this year's backyard BBQ fun."

For the grill, Vita Specialty Foods carries a full range of Jim Beam BBQ sauces, marinades, rubs and condiments. Vita has also developed Jim Beam Hot Smoked and Jim Beam Fresh Marinated Salmon. Heavy-duty grilling tools, from Style Asia, compliment this grilling experience and will launch this summer.

At the deli, Top Shelf Gourmet, LLC has introduced a full collection of fresh pork and poultry products such as Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel Hams, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken.

Available for restaurants is a co-branded Jim Beam/ Whitey's Steak Chili developed for foodservice by Windsor Foods.

This full line of Jim Beam products will be available in grocery, club, and mass market retailers this summer.

The Jim Beam licensing program has been nominated for LIMA's 2009 Best Corporate Brand Program of the Year.
