The Lord of the Rings - The journey continues!

Not only is J.R.R. Tolkiens 'The Lord of the Rings' the most popular book of the Century but New Line Cinema's third part of the trilogy 'The Return of the King' is the 2nd highest grossing, movie of all time!

An astounding 15.5 million Brits saw the films! The three Lord of the Rings films have together now brought in $2.8billion in worldwide ticket sales with ROTK grossing over $1 billion and taking 11 Oscars at the Academy Awards.

The DVD release of each movie exceeded all expectations, with unprecedented sales.

Peter Jackson's vision has now firmly established the movies as the definitive representation of J.R.R. Tolkiens original work. New Line will be focussing on the brand 'The Lord of the Rings' moving forward encompassing the full imagery from all three movies including new materials previously held back.
