• It is the leading premium brand and particularly strong in Germany, UK, the US and Australia.

TLC Consultancy worked with Britax to explore the opportunities for brand extension and the way in which it could be implemented.  This included:

• A review of the opportunity to extend brand into new product areas and to reach a broader range of consumers.
• Producing a thorough practical licensing strategy which provided a framework for the programme (including product areas and phasing), an insight into the potential for success and the tools required to implement the strategy.
